PARIS – Two men charged with sex crimes went before a Superior Court justice Thursday.

Rodney A. Heath, 32, of 29 Tucker St., Norway, pleaded not guilty to charges of unlawful sexual contact, aggravated criminal trespass and assault. He was indicted Oct. 5.

The alleged crimes occurred July 18, court records state, when Heath entered the victim’s home in Paris, assaulted her and subjected her to sexual contact.

He is not to have contact with the victim while the court proceedings are going on.

Keith Testani, who is serving time in the Oxford County Jail, was scheduled for a hearing on two probation violation motions.

When he showed up in court Thursday, handcuffed and wearing an orange inmate outfit, his hearing was continued until Nov. 21 because a witness couldn’t make it.

Testani pleaded guilty in June 2003 to three counts of gross sexual assault and spent two years of a 13-year sentence in prison.

He is in custody now for allegedly violating his probation. This summer he was arrested by a probation officer and charged with possession of child pornography and failure to refrain from contact with children under 16, according to court records.
