BANGOR – Linda Besson Caliendo, 50, of Chesterville, formerly of Orrington, died on Friday, Nov. 10, at Eastern Maine Medical Center, where she had been a patient for four weeks.

She was born Nov. 22, 1955, in Farmington, a daughter of Floyd and Theresa Besson.

At the time of her passing, she was employed at Crescent Lumber Company in Orrington.

She was a loving and devoted mother and is survived by her two children, Lisa and Anthony Caliendo of Montana.

She is also survived by her mother, Theresa, of North Chesterville; a sister, Garnet Wheeler and her husband, John, of North Chesterville; her fiancée, Mike Beal of New Sharon; and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. She will be sadly missed.

She was predeceased by her father, Floyd; brother, Lester; several aunts and uncles.
