AUBURN – A Mass of Christian Burial was held for Roland “Jerry” Poirier at Holy Family Church Monday after prayers at The Fortin Group Funeral Home. The Rev. Ken Dakin officiated mass. Mr. Poirier was followed in procession by his crew of Poirier Construcion trucks. Committal was held at St. Peter’s Cemetery, where Taps were played and the American Flag was presented to Mrs. Henriette Poirier by members of American Legion Post 135 out of Sabattus. Pallbearers were Ray and Zach Poirier, David and Corey Brule, Jeff Baril, Marc Dube, Adam Smith, Rod Plourde and George Edwards. A service of The Fortin Group Funeral Home and Cremation Services.
