JAY – A second suspect in an October burglary was arrested Friday, police announced Tuesday.

Joshua Rinaldi, 25, of Livermore was arrested in Chesterville on Friday night and charged with operating after suspension, but was held at the Franklin County Jail until Tuesday on burglary and theft charges.

Police had been actively seeking Rinaldi in relation to an Oct. 7 theft at Hillside Sports Club, when suspects stole approximately $400 worth of alcohol.
