RUMFORD – Nancy Jean MacIntosh Gilbert, 49, of York Street, Rumford, died Friday, Nov. 10, at the Rumford Hospital.

She was born in Milford, Mass., on July 12, 1957, a daughter of William and Sally Ann MacIntosh, and graduated from Keith Vocational School in Framingham, Mass.

She was married in Mexico, on March 13, 2003, to Thomas J. Gilbert Sr., who survives of Roxbury.

Other survivors include a daughter, Amanda Canpano of Providence, R.I.; a son, Aaron Roy of Michigan; a step-son, Thomas Gilbert Jr. of Rumford; a brother, David MacIntosh of Hopkington, Mass.; six grandchildren; and her best friend of 25 years, David Marchand.
