MEXICO – The SCORE Chapter of the River Valley invites employers, payroll specialists and accountants to a meeting at 1:15 p.m., Monday, Nov. 20, at the Oxford Federal Credit Union.

The guest speaker will be Christine Tang of Boston, representing the U.S. Department of Labor. The topic will be employee benefits. Practical compliance assistance information for retirement and health plans under ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, and other federal health benefits laws will be discussed, as well as information on retirement plan options for small businesses. Included in the program will be a question and answer period.
