AUBURN – Elizabeth A. Coulter, an Auburn resident, has been promoted to vice president in the mortgage department at TD Banknorth Inc. in Falmouth. She will continue as a project specialist and vendor manager for the mortgage department.

A native of Winterport and a 1985 graduate of Hampden Academy, Coulter joined TD Banknorth in 1996 and previously served as a loan operations manager, collateral supervisor, records supervisor and loan operations representative.

She is a volunteer with the United Way.
