We the people have endured incompetence through the years thanks to our government, which, I believe, is run by big business. In this era, stricken with war, fear and economic upheaval – despite that government officials state the economy is strong – the country finally turns to alternative fuels. I’m not really surprised to find that big business steers the nation’s consumers clear of solar energy.
Is it just me, or does anyone else think it’s ludicrous that big business wants to “grow food” (corn) as an alternative fuel source for our already polluting vehicles? We have starving people throughout the world – not to mention our own country – and suddenly growing food to power cars and trucks sounds logical despite that fact?
It’s clear that because big business cannot charge us money for the sunlight available free every day, they do not want to go that clean, environmentally-safe route.
The public must take a stand at some point, and tell big business and the government, “No, that is not right. There are other alternative energy sources (solar).”
The government is being run by big business, but using food as an alternative fuel is absolutely out of the question.
