I urge every Lewiston resident to go to the city clerk’s office – second floor, first door on left in City Hall – and ask to sign the petition to stop the rain tax.

How dare the town budget money that has not even been approved by voters? More tax dollars are being pulled from our pockets; we are already overtaxed. This tax taxes hospitals, churches, nonprofits, trailer parks individual trailers, even empty trailer spaces as well as our homes.

The money well in L/A is dry. Stop the taxation!
