American citizens have grown justifiably apathetic and cynical toward what’s supposed to be our democratic process, largely due to the apparent fact that accountability means nothing in government. We can only restore healty citizen participation by ensuring just and prompt justice for breaches of Constitutionally-required accountability.

That will also ensure that future elected officials are effectively pre-screened and pre-disposed to highly accountable careers in politics.
