Fair, brunch

RUMFORD – Rumford Point Congregational Church, UCC, will hold a Christmas fair and breakfast brunch from 8 a.m. until items are gone on Saturday, Dec. 2, at the church, Routes 2 and 232.

Items will include crafts, knitted items, baked goods, Christmas baskets, handmade jewelry, Christmas wreaths, quilt raffle, gifts in a jar and breakfast/brunch recipe books.

Greens sale

BETHEL – A greens sale will be held from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 2, at West Bethel Union Church. There will also be crafts, baked goods and a cookie walk.

Seniors dinner

ANDOVER – Andover Service Circle will host its fifth annual senior appreciation dinner at 4 p.m. Monday, Dec. 4, at the town hall. The event is a gift from the circle to members of the Andover community who are disabled or are over age 65.

Each attendee is welcome to bring a guest. All interested persons should call Chairwoman Pat Meek at 392-2281. No invitations are being sent this year.

Church fair

RUMFORD – A Christmas fair will be held from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 2, at St. Athanasius-St. John Church. Christmas wreaths, raffles, holiday crafts, Chinese auction, homemade goodies, attic treasures and a kids’ corner will be featured.

A hot turkey luncheon will also be available and diners may eat there or take out the meals. For more information, call 369-8026.
