Residents are invited to take their pets to the Franklin County Animal Shelter, 550 Industry Road, Farmington, for a photo with Santa from noon to 3 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 2. A photo of the pet with Santa will be taken for a $10 donation to the shelter, or $5 if people bring a toy for the “Operation Santa Paws” holiday pet toy drive.
