LEWISTON – Funeral services were held Wednesday for Ernest Garneau at the Basilica of Saints Peter and Paul, after prayers at the Albert and Burpee Funeral Home. Officiating was the Rev. Roland Nadeau, a nephew of the deceased. He was assisted by Brother Irenee Richard, OP. The Rev. Nadeau also recited prayers of committal at Glenside Cemetery in Winthrop.
