Kenneth P. Connell, 45, West Paris, operating after suspension and improper plates, $500 bail, Nov. 30, Maine State Police.

Matthew Bubier, 18, Oxford, Cumberland County warrant for violating bail conditions, no bail and was transported to the Cumberland County Jail, Nov. 28, Oxford Police Department.
