PLYMOUTH, Conn. (AP) – A fourth person has been charged with murder and other crimes in connection with a shooting that killed a 52-year-old man and injured another man Friday.

Daniel Davis Sr. was killed, and Todd Hall was wounded but survived the attempted robbery in Davis’ apartment on Benedict Street in Plymouth, police said.

Jonathan M. Martin, 19, of Plainville, was arrested early Sunday, police said.

State and municipal police detectives already had arrested three Bristol residents over the weekend: Krista LaFountain, 41, Walter Smykla, 22, and Sean Bodmaer, 19.

All four are charged with murder, felony murder, assault, attempted robbery and conspiracy. They were being held Sunday on $1.5 million bond each, and are scheduled to be arraigned Monday.

Plymouth police received a 911 call around 2:45 a.m. Friday about a shooting at an apartment in the town’s Terryville section. Davis was pronounced dead at the scene. Hall was treated at a hospital and released.
