PORTSMOUTH, N.H. (AP) – A woman has been declared incompetent to stand trial on charges of calling in a false bomb threat.

Marlene Cummings, 51, was accused of using a public pay phone to report a bomb.

The court will review whether Cummings can become well enough to stand trial in eight months. In a separate case, Cummings is charged with snatching a purse from an elderly woman and knocking her to the ground.
