BUCKFIELD – Holiday home tours will take place from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 9. Many homeowners, as well as the Buckfield Inn, the Oddfellow Theatre and the Buckfield Community Church, will welcome ticket holders that day as they celebrate the Christmas spirit while raising money for the Class of 2007 Project Graduation.

The Jesse Kimball Memorial Gym will open its doors for the first time that day to allow the public a “sneak peek” at what’s to come when Gretchen Kimball opens the doors for business in January 2007. Proceeds will benefit Project Graduation.

Tickets are on sale at Tilton’s Market and Joan Abrams’ house. The price of $10 will include a map. Each location will be designated by a marker displayed near the road. Tickets will also be sold at the Buckfield Inn the morning of the tour.

The Buckfield Inn will offer an exclusive luncheon menu that day at special event pricing. Seating will be from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Call the inn for information and reservations at 336-2220.

Future Project Graduation fundraisers include a father/daughter dance at the high school on March 31; an auction at the Oddfellow Theatre on May 20; and a Bob Marley comedy show on a date to be announced.

For more information about this or any Project Graduation event, call Regina Hutchinson at 336-3312 or Joan Abrams at 336-3600.
