Unless otherwise noted, the following are to be arraigned on Jan. 2 in Rumford District Court:

• Steven Goodrum, 44, Rumford, terrorizing with a dangerous weapon (hammer), 8:35 a.m. Nov. 27, Hemingway Street. He was released on $1,000 unsecured bail, and will be arraigned on Jan. 5 in Oxford County Superior Court in Paris.

• Leon A. Lowell, 29, Rumford, warrant charging failure to appear on underlying charge of criminal trespass, 5:51 p.m. Nov. 26 on Waldo Street. An arraignment date had yet to be set as of Dec. 5.

• Jeremy R. Childs, 19, Peru, operating without a license, 1:12 a.m. Nov. 26 on Waldo Street. He was released on $100 cash bail, and will be arraigned on Feb. 6 in Rumford District Court.

• Donald J. Costa, 44, Rumford, criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon (handgun) and carrying a concealed weapon, 12:20 a.m. Nov. 24 on Waldo Street. He was released on $1,500 unsecured bail, and will be arraigned on Jan. 5 in Oxford County Superior Court in Paris.

• Jason L. Brewster, 24, Rumford, Somerset County warrant charging unpaid fines and fees on underlying charges of aggravated forgery and theft, 11:25 a.m. Nov. 23 on Waldo Street. He was released on $60 cash bail. An arraignment date had yet to be set by Dec. 5.

• Jeffrey P. Hanson, 47, Dixfield, operating under the influence and possession of a Schedule W drug (cocaine), 10:13 p.m. Nov. 22 on Railroad Street. He was released on $200 cash bail, and will be arraigned on Jan. 5 in Oxford County Superior Court in Paris.

• Alex Acosta, 24, Rumford, domestic assault, 1:48 p.m. Nov. 20 on Loch Ness Road. He was released on $300 unsecured bail.

• John P. Gardner, 35, Rumford, failing to register as a convicted sex offender, 5:15 p.m. Nov. 18. He was released on $400 cash bail.

• Mark P. Blanchette, 46, Bennington, N.H., night hunting, 7:32 a.m. Nov. 18. He was released on $500 unsecured bail. It is not known if an arraignment date has been set, because this is a Maine Warden Service case.

• Paul F. Moore, 18, Mexico, operating after suspension, 2:50 p.m. Nov 17 on Lincoln Avenue. He was released on $100 unsecured bail.
