AUBURN – Roland Paradis, 82, of Bates Street, Lewiston, died Wednesday, Dec. 6, at the Hospice House.

He was born in Lewiston on Feb. 23, 1924, the son of Joseph and Delvina (Guay) Paradis. He attended St. Peter’s grammar school.

He worked most of his life in the local shoe industry.

He is survived by his three sisters, Amanda Gaudreau, and her husband, George, of Lewiston, Aurore Foisy, and her husband, Aime, of Auburn and Pauline Faucher of Lewiston; and many nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by many brothers and sisters.
