UNIONDALE, N.Y. -Miroslav Satan and Viktor Kozlov scored in the shootout as the New York Islanders came from behind to beat the Florida Panthers 5-4 on Saturday night.

Ville Peltonen and Rostislav Olesz both missed against Rick DiPietro, enabling the Islanders to earn their 15th win of the season (15-11-3).

Andy Hilbert, Arron Asham, Radek Martinek and Miroslav Satan scored for the Islanders, who got 28 saves from DiPietro. The win snapped a two-game losing streak at home.

Nathan Horton, Gary Roberts, Stephen Weiss and Ruslan Salei scored for the Panthers, who have earned points in three straight games (2-0-1). Alex Auld stopped 31 shots.

The Islanders won for the first time this season while trailing after two periods (1-10).
