LEWISTON – Cecile A. Brouillette, 79, a resident of 8 Parker St., Lewiston, died unexpectedly on Saturday, Dec. 9, at her residence.

She was born in Lewiston, April 7, 1927, the daughter of Napoleon and Jeanne (Lavoie) Levesque. She attended Lewiston schools and was a 1945 graduate of Lewiston High School.

Her employment began in the local shoe factories and then she became an office clerk at Bell Label in Lewiston until her retirement.

She was a member of Holy Cross Church, American Legion Post No. 31 Auxillary of Auburn, and the Lewiston and Auburn Senior Citizens.

She had a great love for her family and was especially proud of her grandchidren and great grandson.

Her husband, Roland predeceased her in September 1982.

Survivors include one son, Richard Brouillette and his wife, Marjorie, of Auburn; three grandchildren, Dr. Richard Brouillette of Boston, Mass., Kimberly Phillips and her husband, Jonathan, of Mt. View, Calif., and Karen Despres and her husband, Joe, of Middletown, Conn.; and one great-grandson, William Despres of Middletown, Conn.

Besides her husband, she was predeceased by one sister, Jeannette Marcoux; and one brother, George Levesque.
