Enough is enough. I find it deplorable that the Sun Journal continues to allow personal attacks to be published as letters to the editor. For example, Robert Macdonald’s letter about Larry Gilbert (Dec. 4).

When will the Sun Journal stop catering to folks who use the newspaper to promote their own mean-spirited agendas? The content of the paper, with its award-winning local stories, is diminished by such letters.
