Franklin Chrysler helps raise $900 for ski school

CARRABASSETT VALLEY – Franklin Chrysler Inc. in Farmington helped raise $900 for Carrabassett Valley Academy with its Dodge “Drive for Kids” Program. The fundraising program was held in conjunction with the school’s homecoming events.

The Dodge Division of Daimler-Chrysler donated funds toward the expenses involved in hosting the event and an additional $5 for each demonstration drive completed with an evaluation form.

Dodge cars and trucks were provided for parents and friends to test drive and evaluate. Franklin Chrysler supplied the vehicles and matched all the moneys that Daimler-Chrysler provided.

“Drive for Kids” is a mutually beneficial program. We’re interested in helping schools, and everyone has a good time,” said Jake Lovejoy, sales manager for Franklin Chrysler.
