Middle School gives holiday concert

HEBRON – Students in the Hebron Academy Middle School recently participated in their first musical concert of the year in the Fine Arts Center on campus. The chorus, led by Deborah Perkins, performed “The Snow Begins to Fall.”

The orchestra, led by Paul Thibeault, presented “Fantasy on a Medieval Carol.” Rosalyn Moisan and Sydney Randall performed a duet of “Silent Night,” and there were also solo performances by Annie Bachmann, Matt Fensore and Lindsey Hughes.

Ten students participate in the chorus, seven in the orchestra and eight students are taking individual music lessons. One of the spring activities is rock band, in which many students participate.

The activities are in addition to the middle school’s regular music program, in which each grade meets for music twice a week. For more information about the middle school, visit www.hebronacademy.org.
