LISBON – Cast members were selected on Nov. 29 for the lead roles in “Jungle Book” at Lisbon Community School.
Director Laurie Adams announced the following students and the lead roles they will play in this year’s production: Isaac Carlson, King Louie; Arianna Kahler, Shere Khan; Andrew Keil, Colonel; Ashley Marconi, Kaa; Molly Nicholson, Baloo; Rebekah Nida, Bagheera; and Eric Yim, Mowgli.
All third- and fourth-grade students were encouraged to audition for the play, scheduled for performances at 6 p.m. Friday and Saturday, Feb. 9 and 10.
Cast members will have rehearsals two to three times a week until the dress rehearsal on Wednesday, Feb. 7. Any parents volunteers interested in assisting with the play should contact the show’s producer, Monica Millhime, at 754-0021 or e-mail mmillhime@union30.org.
