• James A. Singletary, 41, Rumford, domestic assault, 1:30 a.m. Nov. 9 on Falmouth Street. He was released on $300 unsecured bail, and was arraigned on Dec. 5 in Rumford District Court.

• Jessica J. Wing, 18, Wales, operating without a license, 1:10 a.m. Dec. 10 on Falmouth Street. She was released on $300 unsecured bail, and will be arraigned on March 6 in Rumford District Court.

• Lewis R. Merrill, 32, Peru, turned himself in at the police station on Androscoggin County Superior Court warrants charging burglary and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 4:40 p.m. Dec. 7 on River Street. He was released on $2,000 cash bail, and will be arraigned in Androscoggin County Superior Court in Lewiston. No date had been set.

Accidents

• Dec. 4, 7:13 a.m. – Mark Emerson, 16, of Andover, was not injured after he lost control due to icy road conditions of a 2004 GMC Yukon and rolled off Route 5, also known as Ellis River Road. The Yukon was totaled.
