NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Paul Kariya scored the only goal in a shootout and the Predators beat the St. Louis Blues 3-2.
It was the second goal of the game for Kariya, who also scored Nashville’s first goal on a power play. Kariya took Manny Legace top shelf for the game winner.
Scott Nichol also scored for Nashville.
Keith Tkachuk had a goal and an assist and Doug Weight added a goal for St. Louis.
The Predators have won 10 straight against St. Louis. It was also the 10th straight loss for the Blues. New coach Andy Murray is now 0-3.
