FARMINGTON – The following were booked at the Franklin County jail recently:

• Lisa Komulainen, 34, of Phillips, warrant for failure to pay fines, released by court after payment plan set up, Dec. 14, Franklin County Sheriff’s Department.

• John W. Menthe, 29, of Dixfield, two charges of failure to appear, $1,000 unsecured bail, Dec. 15, Jay Police Department.

• David Croteau, 26, of Farmington, criminal mischief (domestic), $250 cash bail, Dec. 13, Farmington Police Department.

• Phillip Rose, 30, of Farmington, domestic assault, $3,000 unsecured bail, Dec. 13, Farmington Police Department.

• David Ashley, 54, of Stratton, arrested on Dec. 15 by state police, charged with failing to register. He was released the same day on $3,000 unsecured bail.

• Robin Crooker, 49, of Lewiston, arrested on Dec. 15 by Franklin County police on a warrant. On Dec. 18 he was being held at the Franklin County jail.

• Alan Goldhammer, 18, of Augusta, arrested on Dec. 16 by Farmington police, charged with operating under the influence. He was released the same day on $3,000 unsecured bail.

• Kevin Harris, 39, of Temple, arrested on Dec. 16 by Farmington police on charges of operating after suspension. He was released the same day on $3,000 unsecured bail.

• Scott Flanders, 43, of Industry, arrested on Dec. 16 by state police on charges of failing to report an accident, falsifying evidence, and leaving the scene of an accident. He was released the same day on $5,000 unsecured bail.

• Stephen Crandall Jr., 27, of Farmington, arrested on Dec. 16 by Farmington police on charges of failing to pay fines and fees. He was being held in the Franklin County jail on Dec. 18.

• Phillip Rose, 39, of Farmington, arrested Dec. 16 by Franklin County police on charges of failing to pay fines and fees. He was being held in the Franklin County jail on Dec. 18.
