LISBON FALLS – Arthur George “Butch” Boisvert, 75, of Lisbon Falls, died Saturday, Dec. 16.

He was born in Lewiston on Nov. 3, 1931, the son of Alcide Boisvert and Maria Baillargeon Boisvert.

He worked in Lewiston shoe shops, owned B and C Shoe Co. and worked as a carpenter. He served in the 133rd Battalion of the Army National Guard, and worked as a janitor for the Lewiston School Department.

He is survived by his wife, Constance (Bruneau) Boisvert; his two daughters, Janet Marquis and Linda Howard, and husband, Ron; two granddaughters, Michelle Marquis and Rachael Howard; three sisters, Gilberte Bechard, Madeleine Michaud and Aline Boisvert; and one brother, Albert Boisvert, and wife, Jeannine.
