LIVERMORE FALLS – SAD 36 directors unanimously voted to extend the superintendent’s contract until June 30, 2011.

Directors gave Superintendent Terry Despres, who also carries the title of business manager, a 6 percent increase, which encompasses both positions.

Despres makes $92,985 in this year’s contract with his pay increasing to $98,564 as of July 1, 2007.

Despres had three years left on his existing contract and directors extended it one year on Thursday night after they conducted an evaluation of his job performance in executive session.
