FARMINGTON – The following arrests were recorded recently at the Franklin County jail:

• Abraham Adams, 29, of Skowhegan, arrested Dec. 17 by Franklin County police on charges of probation violation. He was being held in the Franklin County jail on Dec. 18.

• Eugene Burnell, 24, of Wilton, arrested on Dec. 17 by Franklin County police on charges of failing to appear. He was released the same day on $150 bail.

• Samuel Wayne Libby, 18, of Lewiston, arrested on Dec. 18 by Franklin County police on charges of theft by unauthorized taking. He was being held in the Franklin County jail on Dec. 18.

• Seth Hinkley, 20, of Salem, arrested on Dec. 18 by state police on charges of domestic assault. He was being held in the Franklin County jail on Dec. 18.
