Canton – Louis J. Blouin, 86, formerly of Somerset Street in Rumford, died Tuesday, Dec. 19, at Victorian Villa & Rehabilitation Center.
He was born in Rumford on July 15, 1920, a son of Raoul J. and Yvonne (Boivin) Blouin.
He enjoyed watching TV, woodworking, doing puzzles and helping his mother clean the house.
Surviving are four sisters, Rita Brodeur of Auburn, Alice Theriault of Rumford, Ramona Blouin of Greenville, R.I., and Gloria Bernard, and husband, Robert, of Roxbury Pond; two brothers, Brother Francis Blouin of Uganda and Jean-Paul “J.P.” Blouin of Rumford; and several nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by his parents.
