OXFORD – The Oxford Seventh-day Adventist Church will sell tree-ripened Florida grapefruit, navels and minneolas in 2/5 or 4/5 bushels until Friday, Jan. 12. Pickup will be Monday, Jan. 29. People may order by calling 345-3814, 743-6673 or 743-6403. No Friday evening or Saturday calls will be taken.
Skating rink
PARIS – As soon as the weather is cool enough, the Paris Recreation Department ice skating rink will be open for business. The rink will be located at Willard Field on Paris Hill, just off Tremont Street, next to the Paris Hill Historical Society and across the street from the Paris Hill Post Office.
Rink access is free and open to the public. Fire Chief Brad Frost and the entire crew at the Paris Fire Department assisted in filling the rink. For more information, contact Kelsey Jewell, recreation director, at 743-2501, ext. 107.
