ROCHESTER, N.H. (AP) – A former Rochester man wanted on a sexual assault charge has been captured in Maine. Authorities arrested Mark Arabia, 28, on Thursday in Sanford. He was wanted on a fugitive from justice charge after an alleged sexual assault of a 14-year-old girl last August in Rochester. Arabia was being held at the York County jail without bail until he could be returned to New Hampshire to face the felonious sexual assault charge.
