LEWISTON – Jacob R. “Jake” Roy, 20, of Prospect Avenue, died Dec. 24, at Central Maine Medical Center, as a result of injuries received in an automobile accident in Poland.
He was born in Lewiston April 29, 1986, the son of Ronald R. Roy and Joni L. (Jordan) Lessard. He attended Lewiston High School and was currently employed in the family business S & R General Contractors.
He enjoyed skateboarding, snowboarding, basketball, four-wheeling, rap music and was an avid computer enthusiast.
He is survived by his father of Auburn; his mother of Brunswick; his stepmother, Sandra L. Roy of Auburn; his stepfather, Richard P. Lessard of Brunswick; his maternal grandmother, Alice-Lee Peloquin of Ellenton, Fla.; a brother, Chad R. Roy of Lewiston; a sister, Jessica L. Jordan of Auburn; two stepbrothers, LeRoy Siegle and Robert Siegle, both of Duluth, Minn.; one stepsister, Ashley Lessard of Lewiston; a special niece, Alyssa Gravel of Auburn; and aunts, an uncle, cousins; and many friends.
He was predeceased by his maternal grandfather, Richard Jordan; his paternal grandparents, Phil Sr. and Yvonne Roy; an aunt, Jackie Hewison; and an uncle, Gerald Jordan.
