MEXICO – Routine licensing work gave selectmen a short meeting Wednesday night.

There wasn’t any new or old business to discuss after they approved a taxi cab license renewal for Road Hog Express and four trailer park license renewals, one each for Steward Young, owner of Young’s Trailer Park; Obelin Waugh of Waugh’s Trailer Park; Brian and Laurie Frost of Oak Street Mobile Home Park; and Patrick Jones of Jones Court Trailer Park.

Selectman George Byam said after the meeting that two other trailer park license renewal requests for Albert Bazinet of Riverside Mobile Home Park and Jeffrey Bazinet of Highland Mobile Home Park were tabled to the next board meeting because selectmen didn’t have the paperwork.

“Then, everybody wished everybody a Happy New Year, and that was it,” Byam said.
