AUBURN – The Corporate and Community Services Department at Central Maine Community College will present “Building Awesome Leaders” (CCS 056-01) from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesday and Wednesday, Jan. 23 and 24. The cost of $245 includes materials.

The workshop is designed to develop the true potential of a leadership team. Throughout the program, supervisors will learn how to tap into their unused potential and apply new skills designed to improve their teams.

Attendees will learn their personality type and how to use it to work more effectively with their team. They will assess the current strengths and weaknesses of their team, learn to communicate more effectively and be able to solve everyday problems more effectively.

In addition, they will be inspired to motivate themselves and to lead by example. The content-rich, in-depth program is designed to take an organization and its leaders to the next level.

The workshop will be facilitated by Michelle Neujahr. With more than a decade of experience as a national speaker, she has given more than 1,000 presentations across the country. She is an expert in organizational excellence development. Her programs are designed to motivate individuals to take immediate action, maximize their potential increase productivity and make a positive difference in their organization.
