LEWISTON -Levesque Excavation has entered the win column for the first time this season in the B-1 Division of the Lewiston Rec Coed Volleyball League at the Multi-Purpose Center. On Wednesday, the Excavators lost the first two games to General Electric, 21-15 and 21-11, but captured the third one, 21-19.

In other action, Team Keller inched closer to first place Team Air Force by taking 2 of 3 from the league leaders, 19-21, 21-17, 21-19.

Strout CPA moved to within a game of third place South of the Border by sweeping 3 games from them, 21-17, 23-21, 21-16.

Downeast Pension swept Ducharme Masonry, 21-13, 21-10, 21-15; Maine Commercial Door/Buddy T’s took 2 from Marston Logging, 21-17, 21-17, 17-21; and Rowe Builders swept Mountain Road RV, 21-12, 22-20, 21-15.
