BUCKFIELD – A 50th wedding anniversary party was held on Oct. 8 for Guy and Shirley Lovejoy of Buckfield at the Masonic Hall in Buckfield. The party was given by Anita Caralallo, daughter, and Karen Lovejoy, daughter-in-law.
The cake was made by Karen Lovejoy, and many friends and relatives attended. A scrapbook featured cards and pictures from friends and relatives living out of state. Refreshments were served and music was provided by grandson, Paul Newton, and friends.
The couple is planning a trip next year.
