TURNER – Four clubs are tied for the sunberth in the Leavitt Men’s Basketball League with 4-1 records.

Liberty Mutual handed Fitness World its first loss of the season Sunday, 89-80. Scott Bessey sparked the winners with 27 points. Chris Williamson poured in 31 for Fitness.

Run N’ Gun ran its record to 4-1 with a 78-64 win over previously unbeaten Wentworth Woodworks. Matt Clement scored 24 for the victors, and Robie Wentworth 14 for Wentworth.

Mike Hathaway registered 20 points to power Ranor to a 103-76 triumph over Shooters. Chip Webster netted 24 in a losing effort.

Lloyds Land notched its first victory, 88-79 over St. Hilaire Contractors. Jerrod Verrill led with 23 points. Fred Dilligent torched the nets for 38 for the Contractors.
