Dixfield has emerged as the only unbeaten team in the Central Maine Basketball League (Boys Grades 3-4).
Sunday, the Dixies, Northern Division leader, knocked off the previously-unbeaten Southern Division kingpin Hall-Dale by a score of 41-26. Nick St. Germain led with 10 points. Riley Robinson added 8. Nate Crocker netted 14 for Hall-Dale. Brian Allen was next with 5.
Auburn-Lewiston YMCA ran its record to 3-1 in the Northern Division with a 36-26 win over Gardiner. Ian Mileikis tallied 8 for the winners. Bryce Lebel added 6. Gardiner was paced by Chris Gregory with 9.
Austin Anderson scored 9 and Roby Deschenes 8 as Turner trimmed Winthrop 41-23. Dakota Carter netted 6 for Winthrop. Matt Sekerak added 5.
Maranacook raced past Monmouth 58-16 as Cameron Brochu popped in 14 and Jason Brooks 13. Ben Bosterridge sparked Monmouth with 10. Kasey Smith was next with 3.
