POLAND SPRING – The wedding of Heather Dawn Sirois and Andrew Merle McBean was held at 5 p.m. on Sept. 23 at All Souls Chapel in Poland Spring. Pastor Jonathan Hall officiated at the ceremony.

Mrs. McBean is the daughter of Glenn and Melani Sirois of Norway. Mr. McBean is the son of Galen and Mary McBean of Livermore Falls.

The bride, given in marriage by her father, wore a strapless princess line gown with lace overlay embellished with pearls and crystal beading. The satin underlay was removed for the reception to feature a tea-length gown. She carried a bouquet of orange roses, orange Calla lilies and scattered berries and lemon leaf throughout the bouquet.

Shannon Martel was matron of honor for her sister, and bridesmaids were Dana Legere, best friend of the bride, Sarah Bennett and Mollie Welch, friends of the bride, and Ashley Sirois and Desiree Sirois, cousins of the bride. Isabella Dehetre, cousin of the bridegroom, was the flower girl.

Kevin Drake and Brandon Warren, best friends of the bridegroom, were best men. and ushers were Ross Timberlake and Adam Welch, friends of the bridegroom, and Matthew McBean and Jefferey McBean, brothers of the bridegroom. Noah Martel, nephew of the bride, was ring bearer.

A reception followed at the Cliffside Lodge in Poland Spring, after which the couple traveled on a seven-day cruise to Bermuda. They plan to build a home in Norway this spring.

The bride is a 2000 graduate of Edward Little High School and is currently completing her bachelor’s degree in social and behavioral science at the University of Southern Maine. She is museum director/educational coordinator at Poland Spring Bottling Co.

The bridegroom is a 2000 graduate of Livermore Falls High School and is employed at lead technician at Kelley Fleet Services, LLC.
