FARMINGTON – The following arrests were recorded between Jan. 9 and Jan. 12 at the Franklin County Jail:

• Krista M. Hyson, 18, of Old Town, was arrested on Jan. 10 by Franklin County police on a charge of failing to appear in court. She was released the same day.

• Deborah Harriman, 49, of Winthrop, was arrested on Jan. 10 by Franklin County police on a warrant. The was released the next day by court order.

• Mark Nixon, 46, of Farmington, was arrested on Jan. 10 by Farmington police on a charge of domestic assault. He was released on Jan. 12.

• Gerald Pond Jr., 52, of Strong, was arrested on Jan. 11 by Farmington police on a charge of domestic assault. He was released the same day on $3,000 unsecured bail.

• Logan Wilmot, 26, of Waterville, was arrested on Jan. 11 by Franklin County police on a charge of failing to appear. He was released the next day to Kennebec County custody.

• Matthew Witham, 24, of Phillips, was arrested on Jan. 12 by Franklin County police on a charge of operating after suspension. He was released the same day on $3,000 unsecured bail.

• Candy Hathaway, 29, of Phillips, was arrested on Jan. 12 by Franklin County police on a charge of failing to pay fines and fees. She was released on Jan. 12 by court order.

• Florence Barnes, 52, of Chesterville, was arrested on Jan. 12 by Farmington police on a charge of theft. Barnes was released the same day on $3,000 unsecured bail.
