Lisbon Rec captured its first victory of the season in the Girls Division of the Western Maine Youth Basketball League (Grades 5-6), defeating Auburn Rec 24-15 during the weekend. Bailey Madore led the winners with 8 points. Desirae Furbush added 6. Kennedy Hubbard paced Auburn with 7. Isabella Earle was next with 4.

Wilton Rec knocked off Dixfield as Abby Foy scored 15 and Amy Hilton 10. Gretchen Bradbury paced the Dixies with 9.

Miranda Smith poured in 20 points and Alix Howard added 11 as North Franklin beat Livermore Falls 63-8. Taylor Boynton led Livermore Falls with 4. Emily Keene and Kassie Whittemore added 2 apiece.

In other action, Turner defeated AYS 35-22, and the game between Farmington and Bridgton was postponed.

Dixfield continued unbeaten in the Central Maine Basketball League (Boys Grades 3-4) Sunday. Tyler Frost scored 10 points and Gavin Arsenault and Caleb Gauvin added 7 apiece as the Dixies defeated Maranacook 38-19. Cameron Brochu netted 13 for Maranacook.

Turner defeated Gardiner 26-16 as Roby Deschene collected 8 points and Austin Anderson 6. Bradley Weston led Gardiner with 8. Alex Lapointe and Quinton Hanna added 3 each.

Bryson Camp scored 10 and Taylor Morang 6 as Winthrop captured its first win, toppling Monmouth 30-7. Ben Bosterridge scored 4 for Monmouth. Nick Mencie added 2.

Auburn-Lewiston YMCA trimmed Hall-Dale 40-25 as Dante Brooks popped in 14 and Quintarian Brown 12. Brian Allen (14) and Wesley Lapointe (3) paced Hall-Dale.
