AUBURN – Sara Dawn Roux and Nathan James Lamie were united in marriage on Aug. 5 at Martindale Country Club in Auburn. The Rev. Raymond Richard officiated at the ceremony.

Mrs. Lamie is the daughter of Kenneth and Susan Roux of Lewiston. Mr. Lamie is the son of Normand and Susan Lamie of Lewiston.

The bride, given in marriage by her father, wore an ivory satin halter style gown with hand beading and chapel length train.

Elise Zimmerman attended as maid of honor, and bridesmaids were Sheena Perreault, Beth Sweeney and Danielle Potvin, close friends of the bride. Shelby Roux, cousin of the bride, was junior bridesmaid and flower girl was Madelyn Adams, niece of the bridegroom. Kimberly Lamie greeted the guests.

Steve Bell performed the duties of best man, and ushers were Mike Weidman, Ben Lachance and Ryan Barry, all friends of the bridegroom.

A reception was held immediately following the ceremony at Martindale Country Club. The couple traveled to Riviera Maya in Mexico for their honeymoon.

The bride is a 2002 graduate of Lewiston High School and a 2006 graduate of Juniata College in Huntingdon, Pa. She is currently pursuing her doctorate in physical therapy at Franklin Pierce College in Concord, N.H.

The bridegroom is a 1999 graduate of Lewiston High School and a 2003 graduate of Vermont Technical College in Burlington, Vt. He is currently employed by the Army Corp. of Engineers, Cold Region Research Division in New Hampshire.

The couple is currently residing in South Sutton, N.H.
