HILLSBORO, N.H. (AP) – State Police on Monday arrested and charged a man with murdering his girlfriend.

Kristin Roy, 40, was found severely injured at her Hoyt Road home after police received a report of a possible homicide.

Officers found Roy with severe injuries at her apartment. She died later at Concord Hospital.

Roy’s live-in boyfriend, 52-year-old Robert Jenkins, was arrested at 6 a.m.

He faces a first-degree murder charge and was scheduled to be arraigned in Hillsboro District Court on Monday afternoon.

State police and the attorney general’s office declined comment.
