AUBURN – Skelton, Taintor & Abbott announces that Ronald P. Lebel has been selected as one of the best family law lawyers in the United States by the national Best of the U.S. organization. Lebel is one of 14,268 lawyers chosen from 760,369 actively practicing lawyers in the U.S. to be recognized. Lebel is one of only seven divorce lawyers in Maine named to this list.

The Best of the U.S. LLC is an independent firm that reviews the credentials of practitioners in 14 professions to determine the “Best of Class” in each.

Lebel has also been named to the 2007 Best Lawyers in America list for his contributions in divorce and family law. He is one of only eight divorce lawyers in Maine to be named to that list.

Lebel is a graduate of the University of Maine and Boston College Law School. He was admitted to the Bar in 1974. He joins other Skelton, Taintor & Abbott attorneys Bryan Dench and Allan Stone in the 2007 Best Lawyers in America directory.
