LEWISTON – Lucille B. Arsenault, 73, of 27 Howe St., Auburn, died Monday, Feb. 5, at St. Mary’s Regional Medical Center after a long illness with her family by her side.

She was born in Lewiston on Nov. 19, 1933, the daughter of Napoleon and Mariange (Boulet) Beaule. She was educated in Auburn schools and attended Edward Little High School. Later in life she attained her G.E.D.

On Nov. 17, 1951, she married Armand C. Arsenault at Sacred Heart Church. Prior to her retirement she worked for many years in the local shoe industry. She was a parishioner of Sacred Heart Church. She was a life member of the VFW Post 1603 Ladies Auxiliary, past state president of the VFW Women’s Auxiliary, American Legion Women’s Auxiliary in New Auburn.

She is survived by her husband of 55 years, Armand of Auburn; a son, Paul, and his wife, Linda Arsenault, of Sabattus; a daughter, Joline Arsenault of Litchfield; a sister, Jeannette Roy of Auburn; four grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.

She was predeceased by a brother, Lionel Beaule; and a sister, Pauline Nadeau.
