PALM BAY, Fla. – Barbara J. Knipe, 55, passed away Wednesday, Feb. 7.

She was born in Ithaca, N.Y. and came to Brevard County in 1989 from Ithaca.

She was an assistant vice president and residential loan officer for Harbor Federal Bank. She enjoyed working with her customers at the bank.

She thoroughly enjoyed travel, especially her trips to the mountains. She had a passion for interior decorating and a great appreciation of beauty.

Her finest attribute was her generosity of spirit. This was a blessing to all who knew her.

She is survived by her step-parents, Raymond and Priscilla Breau of Rumford; a brother, Dean Breau; and a large extended family who love her and will hold her memory close to their hearts.
