TORONTO – Chris Bosh had 29 points and 11 rebounds, Kobe Bryant missed a potential tying 3-pointer in the final seconds and the Toronto Raptors won their season-high fifth straight, 96-92 over the Los Angeles Lakers on Friday night.

Anthony Parker added 18 points and Andrea Bargnani had 14 for the Atlantic Division-leading Raptors, who have won seven straight at home and 14 of 18 overall.

Bryant scored 25 points for the Lakers, who dropped to 3-4 on their eight-game road trip.

Bosh’s layup gave Toronto an 86-75 lead with 5:41 left, but the Lakers followed with an 11-0 run to tie it.

After trading leads in the last two minutes, the Raptors were up 95-92 with 11 seconds left following free throws by Bosh and Anthony Parker.

Bryant faked out Jorge Garbajosa before putting up a shot from top of the key, but the ball hit off the rim. Bosh grabbed the rebound with 0.2 seconds left and made one of two free throws.

Trail Blazers 108, Bobcats 100, OT

CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Zach Randolph had 40 points and Jarrett Jack added 12 of his 20 points in overtime to help Portland snap a three-game losing streak.

After hitting one of two free throws with 2.1 seconds left to send the Blazers to their second straight overtime game and their fifth in nine games, Randolph scored the first four points of OT to give Portland the lead for good.

Jack made nine of 12 free throws in overtime, including two with 10 seconds left that iced it for the Blazers, who won despite shooting 40 percent with 18 turnovers.

Brandon Roy had 15 points for Portland and won the battle with Adam Morrison in the first matchup of the league’s top two scoring rookies. Roy shot just 5-of-13, while Morrison had seven points on 3-of-12 shooting for Charlotte.

Clippers 90, 76ers 89

PHILADELPHIA – Sam Cassell scored 22 points and Cuttino Mobley had 17 to lead the Clippers, who ended a nine-game losing streak in Philadelphia by winning here for the first time since March 10, 1996.

Chris Kaman added 15 points for the Clippers, who rallied from a 13-point deficit against the invigorated Sixers and improved to 2-3 on a seven-game, 12-day road trip.

Andre Iguodala carried Philadelphia with 22 points, Kyle Korver had 15, and Samuel Dalembert had 14 points and 15 rebounds.

But the Sixers fumbled away numerous opportunities down the stretch, missing easy layups, tossing airballs and getting badly boxed out.

Nuggets 102, Pacers 95

INDIANAPOLIS – Carmelo Anthony celebrated his late addition to the Western Conference All-Star team by scoring 34 points, and Denver stopped a three-game skid.

Anthony, added to the squad by commissioner David Stern as an injury placement earlier in the day, shot 11-for-24 from the field and 12-for-13 from the free throw line. Eduardo Najera added 18 points for the Nuggets, who played without injured starters Allen Iverson and Marcus Camby.

Mike Dunleavy scored a season-high 23 points and grabbed 11 rebounds. Danny Granger added 19 points for the Pacers, who lost their third straight home game.

Indiana was called for five technical fouls in the second half and both coach Rick Carlisle and point guard Darrell Armstrong were ejected.

Magic 106, Spurs 104

ORLANDO, Fla. – Dwight Howard leaped high to dunk a long inbounds lob from Hedo Turkoglu with 0.2 seconds left, and Orlando halted a three-game losing streak.

Howard had 30 points and Jameer Nelson scored a season-high 31 for the Magic, who rallied from an 18-point deficit. Rookie J.J. Redick had a season-high 16.

Tim Duncan led the Spurs with 24 points, but was unable to stop Howard’s jam in the final second. Brent Barry had 21 points and Michael Finley scored 18 for San Antonio.
